Devi is the Co-founder of TokkiSports and Director of Strategic Accounts at Silicon Valley-based tech firm, Conviva. With a 20-year career spanning senior roles in Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations, she has been a contributor to the growth of the Mobile and Streaming video industries through companies such as Disney, LG Electronics, Conviva, Accedo and Symantec. Devi has also been part of three startup teams. Growing up on the public courts of Southern California, she earned a full scholarship to Manhattan College, where she played D1 tennis. Passionate about giving back to the sport that shaped her journey, Devi also serves on the Marketing & Brand Committees for the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) and Serving Up Hope foundations. Fun fact about Devi - her first entrepreneurial venture was a tennis racquet stringing business she started in high school.
Scott is a Strategic Advisor, Mentor, and Coach to boards, founders, executive teams, and emerging leaders, with over 40 years of senior experience spanning startups, Fortune 500 companies, and consulting firms. Currently the Managing Director of The Mackenzie Group and Co-founder of Tokki Sports, Scott also gives his time mentoring to several veteran foundations. He is passionate about the transformative power of sports in shaping life lessons, education, and career opportunities for youth. A former D1 football player at Cornell and a Michigan MBA graduate, Scott is an avid tennis player, cyclist, runner, and hiker who is deeply committed to giving back through the Tokki Catalyst Foundation.
Lee Nadler was inspired by Sherpas he met at Mt. Everest to create Sherpa Marketing. He serves as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer, Business Development Executive and a Guide for clients, including the publisher of the official magazine for the US Open Tennis Championships, the Super Bowl and The Masters. Previously, Nadler was a marketing executive at BMW, Founding CMO at ad tech pioneer DoubleClick and CEO of digital ad agency Digital Pulp. Lee is a Board member of The Ad Club and is in the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement. Lee appreciates the lessons that tennis and sports teach children. He volunteered as the Tennis Pro at Experience Camps, a non-profit grief camp for children. Nadler is thankful to serve more children as a member of the Tokki Catalyst Board of Directors.
Alex Chan, based in Maryland, is a versatile professional with a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and over 13 years of experience in the tennis industry, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. He has a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives at USTA Mid-Atlantic and The Side-Out Foundation, specializing in strategic partnerships, operational efficiency, and youth development. A passionate advocate for sports and community empowerment, Alex combines expertise in marketing, volunteer management, and CRM systems with creative content creation (@alexchantennis). He currently serves on the USTA National's Emerging Leaders Committee and the Asian American Pacific Islander Tennis Association's Marketing/Communications Committee.
David is a recognized social media content creator who has appeared on Good Morning America and Worst Cooks in America and serves as a Yonex Global Brand Ambassador. A self-taught tennis player, he started playing at the age of 11 on the public courts of Southern California and studied Psychology at CSU Long Beach. David competes globally on the GLTA World Tour circuit, winning over 50 tiles in singles and doubles. He finished the 2024 season ranked #1 in doubles and #2 in singles. In addition, he serves as a player support team member for several WTA players. David is deeply passionate about his community and helping others achieve their full potential in tennis and in life. David resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
